Delivery / Freight - Freight varies depending upon destination. For orders placed online there is a subsidised maximum freight rate. Deliveries are made by courier and will be made during normal business hours. As products are made to order, shipping times may vary. Please advise if your order is urgent.

Products - Botanical products are seasonal and may have natural and seasonal variations. All fragrant flowers are handmade from wood and may have natural timber marks (wood marks and veneer knots). All handmade products are subject to slight colour and size variations. All fragrant products must be displayed on an impervious surface. Keep away from children. Our products are not tested on animals. All sizing is approximate.

Returns & Credits - Claims must be reported via phone within 24 hours of receiving stock. No credits will be allowed for any returns unless a valid return authority number is quoted with goods and a restocking fee may apply.
